Detection of desired blueberry parameters:
Proper sorting according to desired parameters, provides additional opportunities for price diversity of final products (from premium to other categories that are directed to separate machine exits), with the goal of maximizing profits and reducing waste.

Detection of marketable fruit: from ripe to those that will ripen in good conditions, reducing waste (unripe only)

Classifiers trained on thousands of actual examples detect the full scale of defect types that go unnoticed for other systems, or get confused creating a "false-positive" that increases waste or degrades quality.

Who are we?
Experience in working with blueberries
We have been operating in the fruit sorting market worldwide for 8 years. Our team of service technicians and operators, has years of experience, during which we have sorted more than 250 billion blueberries, working on 80 machines on 5 continents. Hearing the needs of end customers, we developed ASM sorters based on our own software and proprietary mechanical concept. We created an optimal solution designed from the beginning for sorting blueberries.
Competence in research and development work
We operate on the basis of the ARH+ Research and Development Center , a private research unit that has carried out dozens of research and development projects. Backed by EU funding, we conducted a 4-year project resulting in ASM sorters. We developed software for sorting blueberries, combining unmatched sorting technology using artificial intelligence with ease of use comparable to that of typical applications. We implemented it into a proprietary mechanical solution and tested it for over a year. The result is the ASM sorters.
